Part 1 – How Google Ads works
Every month, across a hundred metros, there are about 3.4 million ABA-related searches on Google in the U.S.
A practice can pay for a keyword. And when someone does a search on those words, Google can opt to show your ad to that searcher.
Once they see your ad, they can click on it. And Google will charge you for every click. Once they click on your ad, you can give them the option of calling your intake line or filling out a form.
What sets Google Ads apart: you have a lot more control in the flow of inquiries, dialing it up or down based on your capacity needs.
Part 2 – How ABAOps runs it
But it's complex, and running it well takes constant attention. ABAOps does it for you.
We maintain a data set of over 9,600 ABA-related search terms, updated monthly, for the number of searches and what a click will cost.
Of those 3.4 million searches we mentioned earlier, however, fewer than one in eight is someone looking for a provider.
We aim your ads at these searches, with about 1,200 curated rules screening out searches not intended for you.
What remains is sorted by what people are looking for – do they want in-home services, early intervention, evaluations, what kind of insurance – and matched to the services that you offer.
We manage what you pay for each click, and try and ensure that the cost that you pay for a click is less than the average.
You keep your own Google Ads account and pay Google directly for clicks. You pay us only per ad inquiry, which should be a completed intake form, or a call to your intake line for thirty seconds or longer.
No retainer. No minimum. And you can opt to leave anytime.
